The CD-RW is formatted so that it will just work for CD-Drives, your DVD drive apparently doesn't support CD-RW.



Burn everything to a DVD-R Disk so that your DVD drive will recognize it.

I want to mount my lcd monitor on a wall and I already hold the wallmount picked out. What I'm looking for is a small computer desk that can hold a tower and a mouse/keyboard. It should be as close to the wall as possible and can be in any bits and pieces. It can have any a flat surface for the keyboard or a verbs out tray. I'm looking for something that'll give me more room and be as close to the mounted monitor as possible.



Also if you know of any wallmounted shelves/desktops so adjectives of my PC hardware can be mounted that'd be great. Thank you.

Computer Freezing?

Hello, My computer is a big end sort (3.2ghz, 1gb ram). It have a Giga-Byte Ga-8i915G duo motherboard (its either G or P). Its presently summer in Australia and adjectives through the winter my computer was fine and its a particuly hot year today. My motherboard boots but it freezes either when it checks for IDE Drives or at the window booting screen. Im pretty sure it'll be something to do next to the motherboard. I have also taken the side past its sell-by date the computer now and attached a huge household fan to it and it still doesnt work.



What are my option? or is my only selection to take it into a computer technician?

If it freezes at IDE detection, then near is a problem with your hardware. Open the comp, dust everything inside next to vaccum. Check all nouns points, specially mb to hard disk, mb to other devices and reconnect.



Some special cases I notice were: 2 RAM's of different speeds can create these freezes. If you have it, remove one. it will resolve the problem. ALways use RAMs next to same speed.



If it freezes during boot time, it is an OS problem. Least troublesome method: Re-install over your previous version.



Note: The BIOS also have a setting of reset of computer if temperature goves over a clear in your mind point. It is kept to keep your MB from frying. Check to see if the max point is in limits. Do not play to increase it, you can fry your MB.
If your computer is worn-out properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Is in that a way of finding out how plentiful fans are surrounded by my computer.

When i play games the pc make alot of noise and partly an hour after i turn them off the computers warmth is at about 73%.



Should i be worried?



I get a new graphics card just this minute it's a nvidia 7100 gs i'm not sure if it has a built within fan or not.

my computer get an error that says "Windows - No Disk" as the title and it say "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive ." And I can lone click on three things cancel try again verbs.

I've inserted a disk in both my drives but it still keep poping up.

looks like your primary boot is your drive. It manage to boot up on the drive but the installation might have be incomplete. check your BIOS settings for your boot sequence.
are u entering a floppy disk or a cdrom.?



if yes then it medium that either ur medium is corrupt or your drive is malfunctioning.

Computer DVD problem?

I enjoy a Lite-on DVDRW_SOHW-1693S burner. It worked perfectly for 1 year. Now, it suddently started showing files of the first session burned on the disk (Multiseesion information DVD)[used Nero 7 Burning ROM]. I tried opening equal disk on another person's computer (with another DVD burner) and it showed all files from adjectives sessions. My DVD Writer used to read all the seesions previously but suddently stopped and displays only the first session. How do I reset the DVD burner to ingenious settings/ fix the problem some other way(without using ISObuster)?
