It could be your video card but first I would update the video card driver first. Also it would lend a hand to know what game it is a PC winter sport, or something online. If it is a PC game be paid sure your computer supports the requirements

You probably need to find a new graphics or video card. That or you can see if you can lower the settings so you can play surrounded by window mode. What team game is it?
