i built the comp myself (well my friend did, but i'm still brainy) and when it be finished everything was kinda working, it be really slow at first i think it's cus i didn't install drivers for my graphics card, anywho, once i finished installing drivers for graphics, i can't play any vid files or dvd's they slow up my computer sooooo much, quake 4 plays next to nice graphics, but it takes so long to nouns, and acts funny sometimes, i know the graphics card can play that and the card isn't broken my specs are:
motherboard: ASROCK 775DUA-VSTA MOTHERBOARD. (it's a via motherboard)
processor: intel core 2 duo e6300
RAM: 1GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 7800 GS
any facilitate here folks? if you need anymore specs of late email me or say "I NEED MORE SPECS" and i'll email you a duet of glasses (jokes) but i'll email... gratefulness
can't play video files or dvd files?
I've run across several problems with ASRock products performing poorly. First sour, I would STRONGLY recommend picking up an ASUS or Gigabyte mainboard.
As for video, what are you using to play them. Also, have you downloaded the proper codecs for playing those database types. Video card will have nil to do with it if you don't own the proper codecs installed.
