Cd-rom problem?

I installed unsullied windows on my laptop and in My Computer

in that are only local disks and my documents, how can I

install cd-rom drive?

Cd-rom problem?

Odds are you are running Windows 98, right? If so, Universal ATAPI drivers are already on your electrical device. Add the following line to your CONFIG.SYS report (Accessible by running START/RUN/MSCONFIG).

DEVICE = C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\EBD\OAKCDRO... /D:MSCDOO1

Then add this row to the AUTOEXEC.BAT file. (Also surrounded by MSCONFIG)

LH C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\MSCDEX.EXE /D:MSCD001

REBOOT AND ALL SHOULD BE WELL.

If your problem still exists, contact me.
Did you remember to install the drivers for the CD Drive?
Sounds resembling the drivers aren't working. You did install them right? If you did and they aren't working try going to the manufacture's website and see if there is a patch or newer drivers that you involve.
