Almost any skin on the market to be exact ATX form factor compliant. Now, if you want efficient cooling, more fan is usually better, however, the amount of noise a covering makes is proportional to the fan. Q-fan is a function totally up to the motherboard, so you need a luggage that has 3 pin headers, fan that have a speed sensor, and are controllable, cheaper cases hold 4 pin Molex connectors, but only use 2 wires, 12v+ and GND. 3 pin headers attach directly to the mainboard. If you cant find a shield with fan like that built contained by, look into buying the fans separately, surrounded by all honesty, it wouldnt cost that much more, and this is a honourable option especially if none of the cases that do enjoy 3 pin fans look suitable. (who wants a gruesome case?) not me!
Just find a skin that is a mini atx, full, or mid size and match the size of your motherboard, most boards have sizes on the packages they come within. Mini-ATX and Mid's are the most popular, not many full towers anymore except surrounded by large model servers.
