If your Ipod charges but doesn't download/upload music, then its any a driver issue or the cables on the motherboard connecting the front USB's own been connected incorrectly.

For the driver issue, walk to system properties, then Device Manager and reinstall the USB drivers (uninstall afterwards scan for hardware changes, it'll find them and install them again)

For the nouns problem, double check all the connections on the motherboard, they are unbelievably specific, make sure +/-'s are the correct path round etc.

If your Ipod does transmit data contained by all USB ports after follow the Driver option. You can also try reinstalling adjectives of your motherboard drivers.

Hope this helps.
mostly USB ports are connected via flexible cable you got to chek them plugged on motherboard itself
if u r sure that those usb ports are not destabilized then it must be driver's issue. goto to device official of your computer u can access it by right clicking on my computer icon and goto properties. consequently check that usb hub drivers are installed properly or not try to reinstall it.
Make sure they are still enabled in the BIOS.
I hope that You installed drivers for the motherboard. You probably get the CD next to it.

There are drivers for USB on CD, and after installing them it will work.

Hope this help
