computer grill roughly device driver and blue screen?

If your computer is out of use properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yk5zpr
Which device driver? every piece of hardware within the computer has a device driver, most of them you can update yourself online, video cards, nouns cards, network cards, chipset drivers, etc..etc.. but you hold to know exactly what you have earlier you can go something like finding the right driver page
Do This: when the machine is starting up, try to boot up surrounded by SAFE MODE, to do this, you may have to hit the Delete push button or the F10 or F8 key. If the appliance lets you boot up within safe mode and you can bring to the desktop then do this. Click on Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore. Once you are here, pick a date to restore the computer to. Make sure you pick a date BEFORE your frriend installed the suspect device, or like a week beforehand the Blue Screens started happening.
Its almost impossible to catch Windows to tell you what driver is the dud. Its usually any the video adapter driver or the printer driver so reinstall those from the latest available drivers (found online) and you might bring lucky.
