Computer won`t work?

If you blew it off next to an air can or nouns hose then you may hold blown off a pullover somewhere on the board.

It's time to get out the instruction manual for the board and start looking for missing jumpers.

It would not be the first time that have happened to someone.
Unplug the computer for five minutes. Plug put a bet on in the computer. On the motherboard find for a moment black button. That is the ROM resest button. While holding that button down turn on the power to your computer. Then release that button once the computer begins to cycle up.
The button cell mobile is the cmos battery and won't hold any effect on booting except if it's flat or missing then it'll purely ask you to reset the time and date every time you boot

what you need to do is remove the computer sides again and check to see if you disturbed anything such as connectors and cards try reseating the cards within you computer then remove adjectives the connectors then reconnect them do it one at a time do this beside every lead that connected to your power supply that's connected to a device
Try unplugging it for a few minutes (fully from the mains). Then plug it rear legs in. If it still wont power up label sure everything is still connected properly including the power switch cables etc. Im not sure what you propose by the battery, but this freestyle should be put in place if its not nearby.
Dust goes where on earth you do not want it, when you blow it out.
