I own a phenomenon mouse. It have two extra mouse buttons.
Since the wonder drivers are really bad, frequently the extra buttons lose his setup. I hold opted for discard the wonder drivers and use the windows drivers. But they hold fixed configuration for extra buttons.
I want to know if there are a register setting, or some other tool that allow to configure those extra buttons.

nope, you necessitate the original manufacturer drivers in charge to program the extra buttons, or to even use them in most cases. check the manufacturer website for more stable up-to-date drivers
