Hi adjectives may i know why i cannot play CD-ROW on dvd drive ,
i got try again consequently a pop-up message inform me pls insert a
disk in drive D:

The CD-RW is formatted so that it will just work for CD-Drives, your DVD drive apparently doesn't support CD-RW.
Burn everything to a DVD-R Disk so that your DVD drive will recognize it.
it so unpromising check your optical lens and powercable and data cable
