Computer??

If you have the right set up and OS, you can remote desktop or use other remote control programs to connect to the notebook from your laptop via network. I do this at work to fix remote computers and at home to control adjectives my computers from one workstation.

Here is some reading to get you started:

Doesn't hold the plugs.
If your PC's video card has line-in port, yes. But you don't enjoy to hook it up to your PC, you can directly hook it up to your monitor. You should know how to use Function Key so your laptop will send signals to the monitor.
Nope.

The laptop display is connected to the laptop's video card... not to the outside world video connector.

If you took the laptop to bits, it's not get standard connectors internally and it's not got the VGA interface hardware within there any to allow a PC to use the screen.

So, you can't do that.
