I'm not sure what I did but adjectives of my computer monitor settings are off and wondered if here was a channel to restore them to the origional settings as if I just bought it?

Press the "auto" button on the front of the monitor. If it is too elderly to have an auto button, afterwards you'll need to select "reset" from the on-screen menu.
