after above prob. when i remove any device from motherbord & plug it again after it start & on restartin again same prob occurs

I have an idea that the problem is due to loose contact in your hardware parts.I have the same problem.Try tightening the pullover in your motherboard which may explanation this problem or may be your smps problem that is cause the problem in your system.Check your smps next to the service man...
I had equal problem. Finally I found out that the SMPS in the system get burnt. So don't be uneasy with it. Call a service provider.

try booting it several times. if, you might have a virus. receive a new strong drive.
2 things ya can get done by the service providers.
1) BIOS update
2) New mother board (Incase the BIOS update doesn't give a hand or the BIOS update itself messes up the motherboard)
Try to go to sheltered mode.
best thing is to uninstall your os and re install ur os
