What is the best entity to use to clean cds and dvds? I hold had some friends speak about me use rubbing alcohol, and then others will voice not to use that. Whenever I need to really verbs them I just use a bit water and a soft napkin.

Gor scratches to be exact different. There are some polishing agents that eill remove or improbve the scratch problem.
If they are getting to be within bad shape consequently cipuy them and then see if you can revive them and if then butrn a modern one.

You can clean cds and dvds beside soap and water, but do not rub them firm, and let them dry completely previously you use them. Apart from that you need to verbs the cd lens, which can be done by a lens cleaning cd with a tiny brush attached to the cd.
I feel a good agency to clean CDs is to rub them on jeans...
