Issue:

Monitor go blank. Keyboard becomes deskbound.

This happens following two arrangements: 1] When I power on my computer tower 2] When the computer is already powered and running normally

In the first bag, only the fan seem to own started and the keyboard's Num Lock bulb doesn't glow at adjectives. However, the monitor gets power and displays a 'Check cable Connection' message. There will be no display.

In the second travel case, the same issue occur when I try to switch between different user accounts. The monitor loses display, not power. And they keyboard become inactive. The CPU seem to be running normally as the fan keep running and the bedside light on the tower keeps resplendent.

Challenging Power Supply Issue: Need Troubleshooting Steps?

This is not the problem with your monitor.

Problem is next to your mother board.

I guess it can be caused by the anomaly of the BIOS chip in

the motherboard.

Better consult nearest mother board service center. if not your may have to replace the mother board.
Your computer is rubboish and broked. Buy a untried one.
It doesn't sound resembling the issue is power related. It may be the ports on your motherboard going bad or loose connections. Also if you enjoy a KVM switch it may be issues with this. If you hold a KVM switch, make sure you bypass that for trialling purposes.
