We've get an older ML370 running Windows 2000 (I know, I know, I a short time ago started here, it's on the list to upgrade). We can't obtain the backup software BackupExec to run, apparently because windows is reporting 15 cartridge drives, even though there is with the sole purpose one internal scsi DLT installed. I assume it had be working at some point previously. I don't know if it ended up messed up approaching this because of a patch, or a user/operator flub. Any ideas?
Compaq server shows 15 scsi cassette drives contained by device manger, but there's just one!?
find a SCSI Terminator to end the consideration.
