after shutting down my computer restarts automatically i dont enjoy any idea almost am having broad belt connection please share me how can i solve this problem......

check the BIOS, two settings that might cause this
1. Wake on LAN, your PC might turn on beside ethernet traffic from your cable modem
2. In power settings, check that the resume after power loss is disabled
it could be a bad motherboard or a doomed to failure power supply as well, the motherboard uses a soft switch to inform the power supply to turn on and off, if the ACPI is messed up it can exact the motherboard to turn on the power supply, and if the power supply is bad it might lead to the pc to suddenly turn on.
just produce sure you are selecting TURN OFF and not RESTART or STANDBY or HIBERNATING MODES
