I can write CD-R within multiple session with NERO contained by my old comp. ie Win2000 but contained by Win XP SP2 - I can't burn same CD-R in multiple session. Would anyone know why?

If you are using Nero still, when you move about to add your files, and click subsequent at the bottom, it should give you a touch thing that say Allow files to be added late (multisession disk). Look at the pic below for more details.
